招募职位

Communications Intern

Occupational Summary

The intern will mainly work on communications, promotion and marketing related to the international Master of Environmental Policy (iMEP) program and the Environmental Research Center.

Essential Duties

Lead the daily operations of the program website, official Wechat account and other social media platforms.

Conduct interviews and write news reports for program events.

Assist with the communication projects between the environment program and internal/external groups.

Assist with meetings/conferences/events.

Assist with faculty-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Experience in design, social media and photography is preferred.

Hardworking, fast learner, team player and attention to details.

Able to work full time for at least three months, five days a week.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Report to: Program Coordinator

Stipend: Available

Program Intern

Occupational Summary

The intern will work on administrative tasks related to the iMEP program and the Environmental Research Center.

Essential Duties

Design and host major student events and activities.

Arrange academic meetings and conferences.

Communicate with a variety of partners and collaborators.

Assist with faculty-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Hardworking, fast learner, team player and attention to details.

Able to work full time for at least three months, five days a week.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Report to: Program Coordinator

Stipend: Available

Resume (in Chinese or English).
Two writing samples (in English): A writing sample could be a report, an essay or other writings that can demonstrate English writing skills.
